We’re upgrading Hall Road between McCormicks Road and Cranbourne-Frankston Road to ease congestion and make your journey safer and more reliable.
Site investigations (September till late 2021)
As part of the ongoing detailed design process for the project, we’ll be conducting site investigations along Hall Road between McCormicks Road and Western Port Highway.
These investigations are mostly taking place along the road reserve between 7am and 5pm. We may need to access private land access from time to time. If we need to access your land, we’ll notify you directly.
We’re conducting site investigations at the Hall Road and Western Port Highway intersection on Wednesday 13 October 2021 from 7pm to 5am to inform the design for the Hall Road Upgrade.
While we work, we may need to temporarily close lanes and reduce speeds to help keep our work crew and the community safe. Please follow the on-road signs and instructions from traffic controllers.
Health and safety
Work is continuing safely on Victoria’s Big Build, our biggest transport upgrade ever.
Construction on large-scale public infrastructure projects is critical and is continuing with COVIDSafe Plans in place on all project sites across Victoria.
Safety measures across the site include temperature screening, additional protective equipment including masks, daily health screening of workers, enhanced cleaning, staggered shifts and break times, and physical distancing.
More information about coronavirus (COVID-19).
