Status

Planning work included traffic modelling, social studies and environmental investigations. This helped understand environmental and social impacts, develop design options, and confirm scope and costs of different options.

We’ve completed our development work and a Business Case has been completed. The Business Case is a comprehensive document that provides a detailed examination of the potential future interchange and road upgrade to help inform government decision-making.

What we heard

From 26 November to 14 December 2021, we asked for community feedback via Engage Victoria on a potential Calder Park Drive Interchange. Thank you to everyone who took the time to provide feedback.

Feedback was considered in our planning and helped us understand how people currently use the road network as well as providing important local insights, including community views on access, efficiency, safety, environmental values and what’s important in the local area.

For more information on what we heard, read the Community Consultation Report (PDF, 1.1 MB).
